Please only choose NSW LLS phone or NSW LLS video appt types (regardless of what the appt is for) below, you will not be asked to provide any payment details, and your consult will be billed to NSW LLS.
While we recommend maintaining a regular GP for ongoing and in-person care, you can book a 24/7 online GP phone or video consultation for straightforward needs like prescription requests, medical certificates, managing acute non-life-threatening conditions, or seeking advice without a physical exam. Our specialist GPs provide diagnosis, treatment, and prescriptions while ensuring continuity of care by involving your regular providers (with your consent).
What is not suitable for TeleWell consultations
- Emergency care or management of life-threatening conditions (call 000 in such cases).
- Prescriptions for addictive medications like opiates and benzodiazepines.
- Management of conditions requiring physical exams or procedures.
